Privacy Policy
Your records remain under your control.
Next Waypoint stores member-provided profile data, uploaded supporting records, generated outputs, and related analysis so the workspace can function. The system is designed so members can remove that stored information when they choose.
What We Store
Stored data can include your career profile, official bio fields, uploaded documents, extracted record data, AI-assisted review outputs, and account-level billing or security settings needed to operate the product. Opt-in statement examples are stored without unit or organization labels so they cannot be used to infer what a specific unit did. Private working drafts for Bio, Resume, and 1206 stay tied to your account only and are not added to the shared repository.
Deletion Rights
If you delete an uploaded supporting document, Next Waypoint deletes the linked record rows and removes the file from Supabase Storage. If you request full account data deletion, stored profile, bio, intake, and related analysis records are deleted from the application data store.
How To Request Deletion
Members can remove individual uploaded documents directly from the Upload workspace. Full account data deletion is available from account and security controls when that action is exposed in the product.
Operational Note
Deletion commitments described here apply to application data and stored uploaded artifacts. Members should still avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information into the workspace and should review all generated outputs before use.
